How do I know which therapeutic method is the best for me in my present situation?

Having confidence in the personality of my therapeutic counterpart is the basis of every therapeutic work.

During the first contact and exploration of the client’s wishes the direction of a mutual work assumes shape. Use and crossover of different methods are fluent and are applied within a specific context. Wishes as well as perturbations always take priority.

It is irrelevant whether you are artistic or if you are artistically inexperienced. You can always participate in an art therapy session.

All creative methods are applied as a tool to neutrally accompany the process. Unconscious soul movements get visualized before words are spoken. Movements of arms and hands – the so-called extension of the heart – act thereby as receiver and transmitter.

In therapeutic work there is no must.

Individual concerns of a person in context of partnership underlie a vast number of dependencies and laws. Participation shall be voluntary. Any kind of participation has its own individual presence and its own way. By acknowledging the circumstances, a great number of possibilities for shaping the situation turn up. Working constructively on a situation in presence of a partner generally contains special potential.

Unrelated persons (or as well a picture, figurine or symbol) are representatively arranged in constellation to each other according to what feels right. The representatives ‘feel’ their positions in the respective system with striking accuracy.

The starting constellation picture represents the initial situation at present. Solutions can be brought up by changing the positions and by verbal and symbolical expression according to the perceptive intuition of the representatives. Conflicts are then viewed from a different perspective. Due to the client’s changed perception, the corresponding system is changing as well. This brings a healing resolution to the entirety.

Besides constellation work with a group, there is the possibility to do constellation work with one individual, which also shows good results. However the dynamics within a group are more striking. Unfortunately, constellation work fell into disrepute due to inflationary offers of non-professionals. This caused the negative connotation of ‘esotericism’. Indeed, constellation work can cause emotional dynamics, which can hardly be controlled. Therefore it is very important that only skilled professionals carry out the work! Supervision before and after is inevitable for a professional and successful constellation work. As a result, phenomenal progresses can be achieved in a short time.

Painting and crafting simply is releasing. Since childhood, expressing myself artistically is my way to come into contact with myself and life. To this day I continuously develop my creative work in various courses and in contact with other artists.

My view encompasses the whole person with its individual potential. The used colours and techniques are chosen in respect of the coaching setting. Thereby a guaranteed artistic outcome, a personal gain and development will be achieved.
