Systemic coaching
Systemic thinking
Systemic thinking is an approach focused on understanding complex systems and their interactions. It is based on the idea that individual elements of a system cannot be considered in isolation, but rather in relation to one another and their environment. The key concepts of systemic thinking are:
Holism: A system must be understood as a whole, not just through the analysis of its individual parts.
Interdependence: The parts of a system are interconnected, and changes in one part affect the entire system.
Feedback Loops: Systems often consist of cycles where actions loop back and impact themselves (positive or negative feedback).
Dynamics: Systems are not static; they evolve over time and react to external and internal influences.
Systemic thinking is frequently applied in ecology, sociology, psychology, management, and organizational development. It helps to analyze complex problems and develop solutions that take the entire system into account.

Coaching is Personality-Dependent.
With over 20 years of continuously growing experience in guiding individuals with unique concerns, as well as groups and organizations, my advice is simple: Get to know me first, and then schedule a:
“Assessment Session” / “Short-Term Coaching”
(where you’ll receive my brief assessment on one of your specific topics).
We will meet twice: the first time for introductions and to clarify your goals, and the second time to provide insights and impulses for moving forward.

Team coaching
In our constantly evolving work environment and with the increasing diversity in team configurations, it is more important than ever to operate energy-efficiently. Each team member should feel emotionally secure in their role and communication process to effectively harness collective energy within the team.
Ongoing team building promotes innovative solutions, opens up new opportunities, and contributes to achieving shared goals. Challenges are tackled together, which strengthens team spirit in a lasting way.
